  • Group Therapy

Group Therapy connects you with others with similar lived experiences or difficulties. In a group setting, you can process past events, provide and receive support, increase your knowledge and tools, and engage your social skills. Group topics may change so check back for specific offerings!

Sexual Assault Support & Trauma Groups allow you to work with peers who have also experienced sexual harm or sexual trauma. Sexual Assault Support groups are different than sexual trauma therapy groups because they focus on providing and receiving support and allowing sexual harm survivors to share directly with one another.

  • Trans and Gender Affirming Group Sessions

A free group for trans and gender-diverse clients on Thursday evenings. This space creates a supportive group of like-minded people. It creates an environment to address many of the life issues that members of this group face.

  • Worldwide Sexual Assault & Trauma Support Groups

This support group (NOT a therapy group) will help you to connect with others from around the globe who are survivors of sexual harm or sexual trauma. Join us in a virtual space and allow our coaches to lead the group in supporting and caring for one another, sharing stories, and finding community.

Please let us know you are interested in joining this sexual trauma support group! We will contact you with the days and times it will meet.
